It is your responsibility to read all policies, terms and conditions before

booking appointment.

  L. Beauty Spot Booking Policy:

• Booking are done online with a $50 deposit fees for your service (new services and touchups)    This deposit will applied to your total costs on the day of the initial appointment.

• NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

• We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Any last minute cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will required to re-schedule and your deposit will be forfeited. This is not a rushed procedure and ample time is allotted for each client.

• If you have previous work done on your brows (old microblading or tattoo), you must send picture of the brows for either correction or removal service. If we are not inform about your previous work when book new brows, and if we cannot work on them then your deposit will be forfeited.

• Touch-ups are necessary within 6-8 weeks after the first initial service to achieve the best result. After 3 months your touch-up are no longer free.

• No kids or guests allowed during your appointment

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any given reason

 

  Permanent Makeup Disqualifications:

• Skin Complications: eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris and dermatitis ( if your skin is constantly flaking, or itching chances are your skin is in a constant state of unrest and shedding therefore it won't hold the pigment well

• Skin Conditions: rosacea, chronic acne, rashes, blisters and any undiagnosed open wounds

• Pregnant or nursing mothers

• Under 18 years old

• Medical Conditions: Diabetic, Cancer, Hemophiliac, Epilepsy, Glaucoma and any viral infections (diseases) etc... *Medical conditions should consult with your doctor before booking an appointment and provide us with a doctor's note.

• Had Botox in the last 3 weeks or thinking about getting Botox in the next 3 weeks.

• Transmittable Blood Conditions: hepatitis and HIV

• Use Accutane or Retin-A in the last year

• Prone to Keloid: chances of client developing keloid scars

• On blood thinning medication
